In order to provide the highest quality of services to our clients, we participate at academic and professional legal conferences attaining knowledge regarding modern solutions of actual legal problems. We cooperate closely with professionals in other sectors. Special emphasis is put on our cooperation with the Faculty of Law of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice. There, we parttake as members of examination committees for state exams and opponents of disertation theses.
Our law firm is led by an attorney at law, JUDr. Marián Rušin, PhD. He graduated from the Faculty of Law of Pavol Jozef Šafárik University in Košice. There, he obtained bachelor’s (Bc.), master’s (Mgr.), rigorous (JUDr.) and postgradual (PhD.) degree. Postgradually, he specialized in Commercial and Financial law at the Departemenet of Buiseness and Economic law. His knowledge has been enriched during his study residency at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Universität Wien. He has published scientific publications in various important journals and almanacs.
